In 2019, EcomAmor brought together eight meetings with TAG – Business Solutions to develop two values of the company: communication and teamwork. The meetings between the board of directors of EcomAmor and TAG employees constituted a moment of dialogue, listening and sharing through the project “Small changes, great transformations”.
The objective was to qualify teamwork and the understanding of each collaborative training as a whole (micro and macro relationships both within the company and in personal life).
“What is our purpose in the community? How to be sustainable and healthy in the long run? How do my choices and way of being in the world impact my work environment, my home and family, my neighborhood and city, my country and the world? ”Were some of the questions raised.
